Tree Courtyard house, e17
A newly built two-bedroom single story ultra-modern house built from CLT. For this project we worked with award-winning architects AO-FT to create a unique, environmentally friendly home in a secluded, private, peaceful courtyard setting in the heart of Walthamstow Village. Beulah road, e17
We renovated this very rundown terrace of three properties to restore them to their original Victorian character. In addition, we were able to build two new mews style houses to the rear to maximise the number of homes on this site within Walthamstow’s village conservation area.
Orford road, E17
We have owned this mixed commercial and residential property in the heart of Walthamstow Village for many years. We recently undertook an extensive improvement programme which included a new extension to the commercial property and the conversion of one flat above into two. We are pleased to now have Gail's as tenants for the commercial element, the two flats above are currently let.
Button Lodge, e17
Button lodge was once a derelict car park, but Castleguard Homes turned this site into nine luxury apartments over three floors with beautifully landscaped rear gardens. Situated in the heart of Walthamstow just a few minutes’ walk from the High Street and the vibrant market.
St James street, e17
We are proud to have Tesco's as one of our many commercial tenants this building was in terrible repair before the Tesco's fit out. Following this we were able to create six new apartments all of which are currently rented in the vibrant St. James St area of Walthamstow.

Cooden Sea road, bexhill
This site was originally built for the Co-op as a large supermarket with one managers flat on the first floor and additional storage. Following Co-ops closure we identified a better use of the site would be to create three commercial units with nine residential apartments above. This development is now complete.
WOODGREEN, N22
We were approached directly by a lady who wanted to sell this house in multiple occupation arranged as three bedsits and one self contained flat situated in Wood Green. We saw the potential and converted it into two, two-bedroom independent apartments.
Connaught ave, E4
We purchased a bungalow with planning consent for two, four bedroom semi-detached houses. Within a year, we had built both houses which were re-marketed for sale. The houses were both finished to our high standard with bespoke fitted kitchens and appliances. Click the image above for more photos!
